Had a wonderful experience last month with all 3 ladies in the cribbs Townhouse. First time visiting and will definitely be back. I booked incorrectly on the online booking system and they managed to move things around for me so me and my Mum were able to get the nails we wanted. So kind and friendly and our nails were perfect. Highly recommend !

Update on the below: Customer service contacted me and offered my nails to be redone. I’ll give 5* for the CS support and Joanna’s services but 1* for the below experience so I’d change my rating to 4* as I don’t want to be biased on only 1 poor experience. *********** I have been thinking if to leave this review as it’s not addressed to Vicky or to any other nail technicians who has done my nails before but to the system and management of the business. Previous experience showed me that the girls don’t have allocated time to even go toilet between appointments however I didn’t expect to book a manicure + BIAB removal and redone and be placed on the pedicure station. After 5 mins of waiting while I was listening the nail technicians frustration I’ve been told that due to a system error I don’t have a seat at the nails station but at the pedicure one. Vicky has tried her best to do my manicure while standing in a very uncomfortable position but it’s obvious that the result could not be as expected. I’ve really appreciated her efforts but when applied first layer of BIAB I could see how uneven the edges were and I raised my concerns about the final result. Vicky has offered me to wait few mins until one of the station got free and we moved over. This took 15 mins, time that I obviously paid for as part of the total service. Although she tried her best to get something out of my nails, the end result is not what you’ve expect from a salon with 4.9 stars review, but more of a home based beginner nail technician. Unfortunately this result doesn’t reflect Vicky’s skills so I’d please address the management to look into their target customer and re-think if having services on a conveyor is positively impacting your staff and the customer experience. I’ve received a 20% discount to this service, which would have been pleased me if the end result was satisfactory but unfortunately wasn’t. I like the service provided by at least one of your nail technicians - Joanna - so I don’t want to stop using your services but something needs to change at least at Cribbs Causeway salon

After a bad experience at Townhouse, Clifton I was offered a redo of my signature pedi at Townhouse, Harrods Beauty. Rachel was incredible! From start to finish my experience was amazing, I’m so pleased. My nails are perfect, the best pedicure! Thank you Rachel :)
